Terms and conditions relating to the following Promotion:
£50 voucher for every pre-order placed with County Broadband before 31st August 2020.
These terms and conditions (Terms) relate to A Free Connection and 12 Months’ free service with County Broadband Limited (the Company). Customers who pre-order a service from the Company under the terms of this promotion will be entitled to receive a £50 Amazon voucher with every pre-order for Hyperfast fibre broadband, placed by a new customer, before 31st August 2020.
The promoter of the offer is County Broadband Ltd, whose registered office address is at Old Bourchiers Hall, Aldham Essex, CO6 3QU.
1) The Company will offer a free £50 voucher for Amazon with every new pre-order from a new customer, before 31st August 2020. For more information about pre-orders, visit www.countybroadband.co.uk/legal to read our pre-order terms and conditions
2) To access this offer, customers must place a pre-order (a commitment to purchase) full-fibre broadband when the network is built within the customer’s village. The promotion is only open to new fibre pre-orders
3) The offer is only available in specific villages with a valid postcode, or where a specific village has received marketing promotions relating to the offer.
4) Customers will receive their voucher after the contract ‘cool-down’ period of two weeks. We will aim to dispatch the voucher within 30 days of the promotion closing, however, this may be affected by current conditions relating to COVID19, or availability of vouchers
5) In the event of an Amazon voucher not being available, County Broadband reserves the right to select an alternative retailer
6) Orders pre-placed beyond Midnight on Monday 31st August 2020 (GMT) will not qualify for the free voucher
7) County Broadband is not associated with Amazon and does not hold liability for the voucher’s functioning with the retailer’s website.
8) One voucher per customer, per pre-order only
9) County Broadband will either email, or mail the voucher to the customer
10) Other promotional offers, available to view at https://countybroadband.co.uk/legal, are open to customers throughout promotion (IE: free connection/ 12 months’ service deferral).
11) To take advantage of a free connection and up to 12 months’ free broadband, County Broadband customers simply need to pre-order a connection whilst the network is being built in the village.
12) The Promotion is not open to County Broadband employees or their family members.
13) The Promotion is limited to territories in the pre-sale, design or build phase (IE: where the network is currently being built to).

15) County Broadband’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the free connection and 12 months’ service promotion are final.
