When we use the word “You” or “Your” we mean the new customer. When we us the words “Us” or “We” in the is section, we mean us, County Broadband Ltd.
Qualifying Promotion: an offer for Cashback, detailing the amount paid, the qualifying products, the method(s) of purchase and the duration of the promotion.
Purchases must meet the following conditions to qualify for the Cashback reward:
- If you join without using a referral link or code, you won’t be eligible for a Cashback reward.
- You are only eligible for a reward payment if you select a service listed in clause 7.
- You must be a new customer to County Broadband. You can’t receive a Cashback award if you’ve had a County Broadband service within the last 6 months
- You must keep your County Broadband service beyond 14-days after activation for you to be eligible for a Cashback reward
- The right to a reward is subject to the general terms and conditions of County Broadband’s referral partner, Aklamio.
- To participate in the programme, you need to create a referral account with County Broadband’s referral partner, Aklamio, using this link.
- Products included in the reward scheme are the County Broadband full fibre broadband services for business or residential customers. Excluding the Essential Broadband tariff, Homephone packages, and any contract less than 12 months.
- After you order your County Broadband full fibre service, both you will receive your Cashback award within 60 days of the installation date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the cashback promotion at any time.
- County Broadband’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion are final.

How much money can I earn?
You can see how much you’ve earnt by signing into your referral account with County Broadband’s referral partner, Aklamio.
How and when will I receive the cash reward?
After you order your County Broadband full fibre service, you’ll both your cashback award within 60 days of the installation date.
Aklamio, our referral partner, will contact you when your reward has been confirmed. When they do, simply sign into your referral account and choose to have the cash paid into either your bank account or PayPal account.
