These terms and conditions (Terms) relate to £10 Voucher Promotion, which award a £10 Amazon Voucher to every customer who registers interest in a valid village fibre project and subscribes to our marketing mailing list to receive project updates and marketing communication relating to their village fibre project. (the Promotion).
Please read these Terms carefully, as you will be agreeing to them by taking part in this Promotion.
The promoter of the Promotion is County Broadband Ltd, whose registered office address is at Old Bourchiers Hall, Aldham Essex, CO6 3QU.
1) This promotion offers customers/future customers a free £10 Amazon voucher when they register their interest in our village fibre project, in a qualifying village, and opt to receive marketing communications to join our mailing list.
2) This Promotion will commence on July 17th 2020 and be available until August 17th 2020.
3) To take part in and qualify for this promotion you must be over the age of 18 and you must agree to our privacy policy and join our marketing mailing list so that we can update you on our village project to bring a new Hyperfast fibre broadband network to your village.
4) This promotion is not applicable to County Broadband employees, or their close friends and families and the promotion is only available to people who live within the target project area the ‘village’ as defined by entering a qualifying postcode relating to that project area.
5) You may not exchange the voucher for any discount on County Broadband services, or any cash reward.
6) County Broadband will either email or post the voucher to the customer within 30 days of subscription being confirmed to the email mailing list.
7) County Broadband’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion are final.

9) County Broadband wil lnot pass your data to any third parties during the registration process of this competition. however, to contact you, we may email or write to you to update you on our project and to do this we may pass your address to our print company to send any essential communications on our behalf. This data will remain secure in line with our privacy policy available to read at www.countybroadband.co.uk/legal
10) The Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
