Terms and conditions relating to our £50 shopping voucher promotion
These terms and conditions relating to our voucher promotion, which awards a free shopping voucher to any customer who places a pre-order (purchases a new broadband service, as per our pre-order terms and conditions) with County Broadband Ltd. Please read the terms carefully. Opting to enter this competition when you order means you are conforming to the terms outlined below.
The promoter, running the promotion is County Broadband Ltd, Old Bourchiers Hall, Aldham Essex, CO6 3QU.
1/ A £50 shopping voucher will be given to every customer who places a pre-order in allocated village projects until midnight, June, 30,2020. After this date the competition will close. Villages (sometimes referred to as ‘project areas’) within this promotion are defined by a valid postcode within a project area.
2/ Unless otherwise stated, the shopping voucher will be for Amazon, the online retailer.
3/ County Broadband reserves, ultimately, the right to select the retailer to which the voucher may be applied. The retailer of the voucher is not associated with County Broadband.
4/ County broadband will agree to post the voucher to you but will not, ultimately, be held liable for the voucher not being ‘delivered’ to you following the competition completion (the 14 days after your order ‘purchase of service with us’ was placed).
5/ Vouchers for specific retailers are always subject to availability. In some cases, a substitute retail voucher for an alternative retailer may be selected. Availability may cause delays in us dispatching the voucher to you.
6/ The voucher will be sent, via post, to the customer upon completion of the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, which relates to the 14 days you have as a statutory right to cancel your pre-order contract. The standard ‘pre-order terms and conditions’ apply and relevant ‘service terms’ apply throughout this promotion, including to all promotional activity such as free connection offers, phone promotions and other service promotions, available to view at www.countybroadband.co.uk/legal.
7/ Orders placed after the closing date publicised will not be eligible for the promotional voucher relating to this offer.
8/ Strictly one entry per home or business, based on one connection per premises (IE: per postcode/property). Where multiple postcodes apply to one premises, the awarding of multiple vouchers remains at the discretion of County Broadband.
9/ Shopping voucher valued at £50 per unit and cannot be exchanged for a cash prize or a reduction in broadband tariffs or other services offered by County Broadband (for example, £50 off broadband services).
10/ Competition is not open for County Broadband employees or family members of County Broadband employees.
11/ Competition is only open across a series of project villages where County Broadband may have sale representation during its pre-order phase. IE: you can only enter the competition by entering a valid postcode in a valid project area or village, relating to the promotion.
12/ By entering this competition you are agreeing to any additional privacy terms in place by County Broadband Ltd. Please visit our privacy policy at: https://countybroadband.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy/ to view these terms in full.
13/ County Broadband will not pass your data to any third parties during the registration process of this competition.
14/ The voucher will be posted to each customer two weeks after the pre-order has been placed by the customer.
15/ The competition is only open to anyone of 18 years and over, subject to the purchasing of a County Broadband fibre pre-order (terms as stated above).
16/ The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17/ This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
18/ The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
