These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) relate to our £500 Gift Competition Promotion.
This promotion (the “Promotion”) offers customers and/or prospects the opportunity to enter into a competition to win a prize worth up to £500 in return for registering an interest in our service and subscribing to receive marketing communications from us. One prize may be chosen from those listed as the three available options in the competition.
One winner will be drawn at random and will be awarded one of the three prizes, below, of their choice:
- An Amazon Alexa ‘Show’ + £200 voucher
- A £500 shopping voucher – for a supermarket of your choice
- A £500 charity donation to a charity of your choice
Please read these Terms carefully, as you will be agreeing to them by taking part in this Promotion.
The promoter of the Promotion is County Broadband Ltd, whose registered office address is at Old Bourchiers Hall, Aldham Essex, CO6 3QU.
1) This Promotion will commence on July 17th 2020 and be available until August 17th 2020.
2) To take part in and qualify for this promotion you must be over the age of 18 and you must agree to our privacy policy and join our marketing mailing list so that we can inform you about our project to bring a new Hyperfast fibre broadband network to your village and offer our services to you in marketing materials.
3) You may not exchange and gifts or vouchers for cash prizes, nor discount from County Broadband services.
4) This promotion is not applicable to County Broadband employees, or their close friends and families
5) To apply for this Promotion you must live in a qualifying area (the “Area”) as defined by entering a qualifying postcode relating to that Area on our website www.countybroadband.co.uk
6) Only one voucher can be claimed per household.
7) County Broadband may call you to confirm you have been accepted into the promotion and will either email or post the voucher to you within 30 days of your subscription being confirmed to our mailing list.
8) County Broadband’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion is final.
