The Project Update Communications Manager will be responsible for leading on our Project Update Communications programme and will be accountable for managing the communications plan by co-ordinating and delivering project update communications to senior stakeholders, residents, and businesses across our active build roll-out programme.

  • Be responsible for the management and successful delivery of the Project Update Communications plan in line with the organisation’s values
  • Working proactively with our delivery teams to manage engaging project updates across our fibre roll-out programme in East Anglia
  • Manage the planning, creation, distributing, control and monitoring of all project update information in accordance with the communications management plan
  • Perform continuous improvement reviews of the Project Update Communications strategy and plan
  • Alignment of communications programme to guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Work closely with the Communications team and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to positively add value to project communications

Your Experience

  • University graduate in English/Journalism or creative writing.
  • Experience in project communications role
  • Experience of management engagement with one or more stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans.
