We are looking for an IT Support Technician (Level 1) to join our expanding IT Team. You will be part of a team that is responsible for managing the internal IT provision/systems for the company. You will also need to be a team player with an ability and desire to provide excellent service. As well as being highly motivated to learn new systems and technology. Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software and applications.
  • Monitor internal and external IT systems, networks, and critical data backup.
  • Respond to IT support requests ensuring that they are appropriately logged and categorised on the ticketing system .
  • Troubleshoot and manage first line requests ensuring that steps taken are accurately recorded and communicated back to the end user within the agreed SLA.
  • Work with senior staff to resolve more complex issues.
  • Assist with general duties to support the department.
  • Provide assistance as requested by the Company from time to time.

Your Experience

  • Previous experience troubleshooting Windows 10 errors
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 platform, Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams.
  • Understanding of Office applications
  • Understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching protocols.
  • Knowledge of both IOS and Android operations systems
  • Knowledge of VoIP technology.
