Our Role

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, PR & Communications Manager and Senior Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the overall strategy and own the delivery of our digital campaigns. You will be responsible for building the reporting framework, identifying key metrics for us to work towards and tracking and reporting on these to demonstrate the success of your campaigns.

  • To be responsible for all digital marketing channels (website, social media, paid advertising) that generate leads and support customers on their digital journey.
  • Manage the website content management system – working with an external supplier and colleagues in Corporate Services and systems departments
  • Improve online content in collaboration with the MarComms team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Executive to focus on digital lead generating initiatives.
  • Increase website sales through digital marketing activities. Plan, monitor and manage the company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
  • Define relevant metrics and KPI’s and measure the performance of digital marketing activities (using Google Analytics, social media analytics) and create a weekly / monthly report.
  • Explore and improve the use of email marketing to assist comms and sales.

Your skills and experience

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role(s).
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO.
  • An analytical thinker with great communication skills and high proficiency in Excel.
  • A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills are essential.
