Great Service

Thought I’d give my new broadband a try for some time before I left a review. I’ve now been with County Broadband three months and have had no problems so far. The speeds around 10 times faster than I was getting with BT (which often dropped as low as 2Mbps) is the fastest available in the area and so far, has been consistently reliable.

Great fast broadband and friendly staff

I’ve been with County Broadband for my broadband for about a month now and the increase in speed is noticeable, given my family’s high internet usage (lots of gaming, TV and music streaming, online meetings and working from home). The process of arranging everything went very smoothly. I found their staff very friendly and flexible. The cabling buried under my lawn was practically invisible when finished – I was quite amazed by it!

The installation workers were also very good, neat timely and clean. Even after my broadband went live, I contacted them with a few questions, the customer services answered within 3 minutes and answered all my questions and more.
