PR and Communications Manager
Cheriton looks after our press office and corporate and stakeholder communications plans across our build areas. Cheriton joins us with a wealth of experience specialising in PR campaign strategy, planning and execution across B2B and B2C PR campaigns. She began her career in financial services, spending 10 years working with top UK banks, before completing her Journalism degree and gaining an ACIPR in Public Relations.

David Dunn
Customer Service Manager
David is responsible for the Customer Care team, this includes our: Customer Service Team, Technical Customer Support, Field Engineers and the Customer Connection Team. David has worked for us as Business Sales prior to his current role.
David has a management background in retail and financial services and is passionate about providing first class customer service.
David and his team as the first line support look forward to taking your calls.

Lucy Alderson
Financial Controller
Lucy is responsible for the financial management and control for County Broadband. Whilst not from the communications industry, she has experience in various different industries and has got over 20 years’ experience working in Accounts, with the last 7 years at director level.

Martin Cook
Head of QSHE
Martin is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, quality and welfare of the workplace environment making sure that standards are maintained within all our operations. Martin began his career as an apprentice in BT nearly 40 years ago where he qualified in electrical and telecommunications engineering, he has an extensive knowledge of our industry and has a broad breadth of experience within the utilities arena.

Katie Crellin
Operations Planning and Process Manager
Katie first started as a Technical Support Adviser at County Broadband. She then worked as a Technical Support Supervisor and in our network on-call team.
She has been promoted to Operations Planning and Process Manager and with a background in broadcast engineering, she has a depth of crisis management and a broad set of organisational and technical skills.

Tim Dagnell-Scott
Sales Manager
Tim is responsible for leading the field sales and telesales team, ensuring the communities that we engage with get the full County Broadband experience.
Tim has many years of sales management experience, leading teams in some of the country’s largest telco and FMCG companies.

Gavin Ashkettle
Programme Manager
Gavin is the Programme Manager of the Project Management Operations (PMO) division in the Delivery team. This team are responsible for achieving the end-to-end build programme across East Anglia. Gavin’s role is to ensure all active projects within our build programme are delivered on time and to budget, including managing engagement with our build partners, the council, and highways teams, on the progression of our civil engineering works. Gavin brings more than 20 years’ knowledge and experience from the telecoms industry, including 18 years with BT, where he worked closely with the Head of Resource for the UK and with various engineering teams. Since joining County Broadband in 2018, he has helped create many crucial internal and external processes.

Paul Speller
Business Intelligence Manager
Paul leads our Business Intelligence function and is responsible for data management, reporting and data analysis. Providing insightful data analytics into our Executive Management Team and helping our business units deliver an efficient service to our customers, by ensuring they have access to accurate and up-to-date information. Before joining County Broadband, Paul had a successful career in financial services spanning some 25 years. He has extensive experience in the field of Business Intelligence, has managed numerous teams of Analysts and Developers in the design, development and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions and has overseen a wide variety of data related projects.
