About our exciting opportunity

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Managers whose task is to seek new business opportunities – B2B, Resellers, and Housing Developers. Duties include but not limited too;

  • Assist in the recruitment of new Business Managers into the CBL team
  • Educate, Coach and mentor the team on an ongoing basis
  • Be responsible for, and manage, team’s sales performance and coach/manage accordingly
  • Ensure team’s performance is in line, if not ahead, of company targets and expectations
  • Identify and approach new business opportunity
  • Attend Business seminars, workshops and conferences to build the brand name of CBL
  • Negotiate new contracts to maximise value and margins
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the Business Team have the tools they need.
  • Produce presentations and customer proposals
  • Regular reporting to DoS on team performance
  • Identify additional value-added sales opportunities within existing customer base to include, telephony, CCTV etc. to maximise customer value.

Your skills and experience

  • Full, clean EU driving license
  • Successful track record in Sales management
  • Extensive Sales Coaching and development
  • 2 years or more telecommunications Business sales experience or similar
  • Networking and telephony sales experience such as leased lines and VOIP
