Our exciting opportunity

To ensure County Broadband’s documentation, systems and processes are fully aligned running efficiently, through the evaluation of existing processes, analysis and implementation of changes and to recommend adjustments where identified. In addition to help business units to develop new processes where documentation is missing or misaligned under the guidance of the Head of QSHE&T.

  • To work with the Head of QSHE&T to ensure continual improvement of the IMS system, ISO requirements and conformance to corporate standards.
  • To help develop, implement and communicate County Broadband’s IMS and processes
  • Implement international and industry standards as well as seeking best practice
  • Working with business units and external consultants, help in the management of process integration within departments at County Broadband. Ensuring processes and procedures are understood by employees and followed in day-to-day business practices
  • Facilitating both internal and external audits in line with the audit schedule and undertaking internal systems audits at all sites
  • To conduct supplier audits in accordance with the standards.
  • Play a key role in driving quality forwards across the business through the use of ISO standards and County Broadband processes
  • Ensure business compliance of standards
  • Manage document control
  • Maintaining changes within the standards
  • Assist colleagues with document/process changes they may require to ensure all IMS procedures are correct in working practice
  • Identifying risks and opportunities relating to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • To assist in the production of Business Continuity Plans. in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards

Your experience

  • Accredited Auditor
  • Experience in Integrated Management systems (ISO Standards)
  • Experience of ISO standards and their implementation.
  • Proven track record in quality, environmental and safety management
  • Experience developing and delivering documentation/procedures to improve business performance.
  • Excellent planning, organsing and time management skills.
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
